Regulatory, Monitoring and Compliance Services

These services include:

► Conducting inspections in terms of the appointments made by the Registrar of Financial Services Providers; and

► Conducting inspections, monitoring and compliance in terms of the appointments made by the Provincial Gambling Authorities.

It is aimed at assisting in Acts administered by:

► The Financial Services Board;

► South African Reserve Bank;

► The Department of Trade and Industry;

► Micro-Lending Council;

► Registrar of Companies;

► Department of Labour;

► National Lotteries Board; and/or

► any organisation that needs such a service.

The following services are housed under the above function:

► Inspections on behalf of regulated entities or on behalf of regulators;

► Complete outsourced compliance function and set up;

► Complaints investigation and set up;

► Regulatory compliance monitoring;

► Compilation of compliance manuals; and

► Training on compliance matters.
