ReguCom was established in 2002 by Mr Pascalis M Mokupo after realizing a need for more compliance and regulation, both in the financial services sector and Government. As a qualified Chartered Accountant he has worked in both the Private and Government Sector. He is passionate about job creation, youth development, and the empowerment of the previously disadvantaged people. He currently serves as Chairperson of the W&RSETA Audit Committee as well as the Treasurer of Glenstantia Primary School. Pascalis also served as the Chairman of the Board of the Brakpan Bus Company, an entity of the Ekhuruleni Municipality, and is the former Director and Founder of SEMA Intergrated Risk Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
